What we do, and what we leave alone
A short list, kept short on purpose.
Odoo, end to end
Implementation, customization, development, integration, migration, consulting, support and training. Most clients arrive with one of those and come back for the others, which only works if the same firm can do all of them properly.
Accounting, for Odoo clients only
We also run bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll and tax compliance, but only for businesses running Odoo with us. That is unusual for an Odoo partner, and it shows in how the Accounting app gets configured: by people who do that work rather than people who have only read about it.
What we are not
We are not a software house that also takes Odoo work. We do not build on other ERP platforms, and we do not take a project on the basis that we will learn the product on your budget.
When the answer is no
A good share of what arrives as a development request is met by configuration, by an existing module from the Odoo Community Association, or by dropping a process that only exists because an old system forced it. We look there first, and say so, even though it is the cheaper answer for you and the smaller one for us.

Functional consultants
They start from how the business runs rather than from the app list. Their job is to work out what Odoo should be made to do, which includes telling you where a process you are attached to is going to cost more than it returns.
Developers
They write the modules, the integrations and the reports, in Python, XML and OWL, against the Odoo Community Association’s conventions. The code and the repository belong to you, so another partner can pick it up without asking us for anything.
Needs confirmation How many of the team hold current Odoo certifications, and in which apps. "Certified consultants" without a number is the kind of claim every agency makes.
